From the "List gen." tab of the Gamut Tools, you can generate color lists in both device dependent (RGB and CMYK) and device independent (L*a*b*, L*C*h*, XYZ) color spaces. The adjustable pitch is used for all coordinates of a given color space. Different minimum and maximum values can be assigned to each color coordinate. For device independent color spaces, we further constrain the number of patches to the gamut of a user-selected profile. The device independent spaces list type menu is shown below:
The last menu item, "Gamut edge", uses the L*C*h* space for reference; in this case, the list has no color patches within the profile, only colors on the profile edge.
