A Compare window obtained after doing a Display Check; ; a similar window is obtained when selecting two files using the Select Compare dialog or a Clip check with Gamut Tools. Click here to see a description of the features of the "Patch view" tab which are common with the same tab of single file windows. You can also see screenshots of the "Tabular data" and "Stats" tabs. A colored border is drawn around the patches whose difference between the "reference" and "sample" exceed user-set thresholds. The borders appearance is linked to the following parameters: the Delta parameter (C, M, Y, K, E*. L*, a*, b*, etc.), the color difference formula, the threshold values, the settings of the "Color difference" tab in the "Preferences" dialog, the Illuminant and Observer. The border colors are user-selectable. |
