The BabelColor Company ("BabelColor") takes your privacy
seriously. Please read the following to learn more about our privacy policy.
WHAT THIS PRIVACY POLICY COVERS
This Privacy Policy covers BabelColor's handling of personally identifiable
information that BabelColor collects when you are on the BabelColor Web site,
and when you purchase BabelColor products. This policy also covers BabelColor's
treatment of any personally identifiable information that BabelColor's business
partners share with BabelColor or that BabelColor may share with a partner.
This policy does not apply to the practices of companies that BabelColor does
not own or control, or to people that BabelColor does not employ or manage.
INFORMATION COLLECTION AND USE
- BabelColor collects personally identifiable information when you purchase
your software and when you communicate with us. BabelColor may also receive
personally identifiable information from our business partners.
- When you purchase a product from BabelColor, you are asked for your name, company
name, billing and shipping addresses, e-mail
address, phone number, and credit card information (if purchased using this
method). Except for the credit card information, our payment processor
forwards this information to BabelColor. Please consult our payment
processors privacy policies for more information (Regsoft/Digital
River,
PayPal,
UltraCart).
- BabelColor also automatically receives and records information on our
server logs from your browser including your IP address and the page you
requested.
- BabelColor uses information for two purposes: to fulfill your requests for
certain products and services, and to contact you about specials and new
products.
INFORMATION SHARING AND DISCLOSURE
- BabelColor will not sell or rent your personally identifiable information
to anyone.
- BabelColor may send personally identifiable information about you to other
companies or people when:
- We have your consent to share the information; Unless we have your
consent, we will not share the information;
- We need to share your information to provide the product
or service you have requested;
- We need to send the information to companies who work on
behalf of BabelColor to provide a product or service to you. (Unless we tell

Terms of Use or any of our usage guidelines for specific products or

- BabelColor does not use cookies.
SECURITY
BabelColor supports industry-standard SSL-encryption to protect data
transmissions when purchasing our products. Alternate, less secure, transmission
means are available if the customer cannot use secure communications methods.
CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
BabelColor may amend this policy from time to time. If we make any
substantial changes in the way we use your personal information we will notify
you by posting a prominent announcement on our pages.
